Shipping policy

Sweden:
Standard delivery DHL Service Point (Free shipping over 1000 SEK otherwise 49kr) 1-4 business days

Within EU:
Standard delivery: DHL Parcel Connect (Free shipping over €150 otherwise €15) 3-5 business days.

UK:
Standard delivery: UPS Standard (15 GBP) 3-5 business days. We ship on a incoterm DAP which means The buyer is responsible for import clearance and any applicable local taxes or import duties.

International Shipping:
UPS Standard 3-5 business days. (20$). We ship on a incoterm DAP which means The buyer is responsible for import clearance and any applicable local taxes or import duties.

Please note that custom duties and taxes are non refundable by Peggy Sport AB. However, your local customs bureau may be able to assist you with a duty refund.

Returns, and notice of defects

According to the Swedish Distance and Doorstep Sales Act, customers always have 30 days to cancel a purchase. Please contact our customer service if, during that time, you want to return the product: hello@peeggysport.com 

Whenever you return a product, you will be responsible for any damages to it. This is why it’s very important that you return it in the undamaged original packaging. Any product information or manuals must also be included. Please use the original package/box/envelope to return the product. Protect the product well for return shipment. 

Refunds on received, approved returns will be made within 30 days.

According to Swedish law, consumers are entitled to return a defective item up to three years after it has been purchased, but within reasonable time of having discovered the defect. Defects are faults that can be traced to how the product was manufactured. They are not associated with ordinary wear and tear, or the aging of products.

Peggy Sport AB reserves the right to, first and foremost, remedy the error. Secondarily, we would redelivery the product. If neither is possible, we will issue a refund. For questions about returns, please contact our customer service at: hello@peggysport.com. Please note that Peggy Sport AB is not responsible for the return shipping costs.

Peggy Sport AB will make an assessment once we have received the item you have returned to us. We will then contact you to resolve the matter. After we receive the returned item, we will process the case within 30 days.

Mark the return clearly with Peggy Sport AB and be sure to add a note that includes your order number and name. Then, send the package to:

In the event of a dispute, we comply with all decisions issued by the Swedish National Board for Consumer Complaints.

Unclaimed shipments

To cover costs, Peggy Sport charges 150 SEK for any shipped and unclaimed orders. However, if you change your mind or want to return any product(s) please handle the return as stated above.
